To that end, we believe in protecting your privacy as you navigate through our web site. Any personal information you may share on the web site is used strictly to improve the client relationship you have with MicroLab

What We Collect

On some of the pages in MicroLab's web site, you can download software updates, make requests for assistance, or request a catalog to be sent to an address. The personal information collected on these pages may include an e-mail address or contact information. This information is used to facilitate future communication with you. Personal information may be updated each time a quote is requested or an order is placed.

MicroLab uses web site logging/analysis software to examine how visitors utilize our web site. The log contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify individuals.

How MicroLab Uses This Information

MicroLab uses the information provided to refine the design of the web site by better understanding your needs.The information lets us know where users are navigating to, how long they are staying on the site, and where they are going when they leave. Ultimately we hope to provide you, the customer, with continuously improving service.

MicroLab uses the information gained from personal contact, the web site, or the logging software for its own business uses only. MicroLab does not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with other entities.

As a result, MicroLab does not endorse or make any representations about the information, software, products, or materials found on these sites. Navigating away from the MicroLab site is done so at your own risk.

MicroLab is committed to ensure the security of your information. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your information, we have appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place to safeguard the information we collect online.

MicroLab Satisfaction

We at MicroLab take great care to create a product that will meet you and your students' needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase 30 days after receiving your MicroLab product, you may return your purchase for a refund.

Warranty

MicroLab products are built to withstand the rigors of a university laboratory environment. MicroLab manufactured products are covered by a warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Products that are manufactured by companies other than MicroLab (such as pH electrodes) are subject to the conditions of the warranty supplied by the manufacturer. Our warranty does not extend to any product that has been subject to abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or repaired or altered at facilities outside our control. Consumables and limited life products are excluded from the warranty.

Equipment Return

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), available from MicroLab, is required for any product return. Equipment being returned for exchange, credit, or refund must be in new condition and in original packaging. Products being returned for repair should be packaged in such a way that damage from shipping is unlikely to occur. MicroLab is not responsible for any damage caused by a carrier during a return shipment.

MicroLab Site License

MicroLab includes software with every purchase of a MicroLab interface. This software may be copied and distributed to other computers at your institution as well as any students or faculty who request a copy for home use.

Prices and Shipping

Prices are effective January 1, 2008 and supersede any previously published prices. Prices given are in US Dollars and are F.O.B. Shipping Point. Shipping prices may vary, depending on method of shipment, but are generally 3% of total order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
